Mapei has developed the following products which have been specifically designed for bonding synthetic grass surfaces according to FIFA standards:

 

  • ULTRABOND TURF PU 1KLC
  • ULTRABOND TURF PU 2KR

 

ULTRABOND TURF PU 1KLC

One-component, epoxy-polyurethane adhesive with very low emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) for bonding synthetic grass surfaces.

Where to use:

Bonding jointing strips between synthetic grass panels. It is particularly recommended for those subjects who are allergic to epoxy or epoxy-polyurethane products.
This adhesive is a one-component ready-to-use product and does not require a catalyser; therefore, blending mistakes are avoided and the product may be used several times  also at very low temperatures.

 

ULTRABOND TURF PU 2KR

Two-component, solvent and water-free polyurethane adhesive with very low emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) for bonding synthetic grass surfaces.

Where to use:
Bonding jointing strips between synthetic grass panels. It is particularly recommended and for those subjects who are allergic to epoxy or epoxy-polyurethane products.
It is particularly suitable for bonding at low temperatures.
Also available in the rapid version (Ultrabond Turf PU 2K Rapid).
